Sightline Mortgage & Protection is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our FCA Register number is 000000. You can check the register at register.fca.org.uk. There may be a fee for arranging a mortgage; the precise amount depends on your circumstances and will be confirmed in writing before you proceed. Some buy-to-let and commercial mortgages are not regulated by the FCA.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.

Privacy and your data

We only collect the information we need to give you advice and arrange your mortgage or protection, and we hold it securely. We do not sell your data. You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it, in line with UK data protection law.

• We use your details to research the market and make a recommendation.
• We share information with lenders and insurers only where it is needed to progress your case.
• We keep records for as long as regulation requires, then securely dispose of them.
